This is a story of redemption! After encountering the many injustices women face behind bars, Dr. Davis became a best-selling author, motivational speaker and the CEO of WomenOverIncarcerated.org. She is committed to the advancement of youth and marginalized populations.
Research
Dr. Juan Rios serves as the Program Director of the Masters Program of Social Work at SHU. Some of his research interest are: Clinical phenomenological field narratives and self-reflexivity, Chinese philosophy on modern philanthropy, mindfulness intervention with immigrant and first generation children, and cultural intersection among men and masculinity.
Project Consultant
This ongoing project is sponsored by South Orange Village, NJ. CC&J is a care and compassion platform that seeks to engage South Orange community members in designing and traveling their own wellness journeys, with a particular focus on protecting and elevating the community’s most vulnerable members and its youth.
Program Consultant
We approached this project carefully, as it was our very first undertaking of this scale. We studied our client’s business to create a focused and effective solution - and then watched it grow. We loved working with this client, and look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.
